Rating forms for the new revised version of Housing Enabler!

In the new revised version of Housing Enabler there are four rating forms, one concering Housing standard, one concering functional limitations and dependence on mobility devices and one concerning environmental barriers. In addition there is a rating form for the new Housing Enabler Screening tool.

A demo version of the software is available here. To download the demo version, click on the link above or the icon to the left. Unpack the file with WinZip, and then doubleclick on Setup.exe. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the demo version.

Housing Enabler Rating forms

The Housing Enabler Rating forms consists of three parts, a Descriptive Part, an assessment form for Functional Limitations and Dependence on Mobility Aids and an assessment form for Environmental Barriers. Housing Enabler in Danish
